Personal by Francis Hajek

I began my legal career with a clerkship for a federal judge in Norfolk, Virginia.  It was a great introduction to the practice of law from the perspective of the decision-maker.  I then joined a large law firm but after a few years, I decided that I was more interested in helping individual people with their problems.  Over the years, I have gained a great deal of satisfaction from helping people who have been injured as a result of a car wreck, a railroad accident or even a skiing accident.  I have also been fortunate to obtain many million-dollar awards and other significant verdicts and settlements for victims of injuries caused by the negligence of others.  At this stage of my career, I am very focused on providing personal service and assistance to people who have been injured and who need help.  I promise you that I will be there when you need me.  I give every client my cell phone number so that if a problem comes up, you can reach me and we can figure out the best way to handle the situation.  Eddie Wilson and I are dedicated to victims of automobile accidents, railroad injuries, and all serious injury cases.

During My Career
During my career, I have been a designated attorney for national rail unions and have represented injured people on the east coast and in the mid-west.  I have also been a member of many trial lawyer organizations including the American Bar Association and others.  I have been recognized by the Marquis Who’s Who Publications Board as a lawyer in Who’s Who in American Law since 1987.  I am currently a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association and in the past I have spoken at the Virginia Trial Lawyer’s seminar on technology in the courtroom.
