Facts:

Our client worked as a locomotive engineer for CSX railroad.  He suffered two shoulder injuries. The first injury happened when he had to move a heavy metal panel on the exterior of a locomotive engine.  Our engineer continued to work with pain until he suffered further injury to the shoulder when a crew member failed to operate a switch, causing a collision with a railroad car.  He required surgery to fix his torn glenoid labrum. Unfortunately, our client was unable to return to work as a railroad engineer.
